If something goes wrong
Sometimes it does. A parcel goes missing, tracking stalls, something arrives damaged. When that happens, email broom.broom.us@gmail.com with your order number and a photo if there is something to see. We will replace it or refund you, your choice, and you will not pay return shipping on a faulty item.
